Frequently asked questions

Are tickets needed?

Nope! Simply show up when you'd like to shop during our open hours.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept cash or credit (no checks).

Are items returnable?

All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Items may not be re-sold either. The deep discounts are for you to enjoy or to gift.

Can you purchase items, or are they in case quantities?

Most will be in case quantities (on average 6 pieces per case). A limited number of items will be available as singles.

Can I see what items will be for sale before attending?

We'll be sharing some items on our social media channels (Instagram / Facebook), unfortunately we cannot provide a full list. There will be plenty of candles, diffusers, home care (cleaners, dish soap), and personal care (perfume, body mists, hand cream).

Can I test / smell the items while shopping?

Yes! We'll have samples out for you to smell / test.

Will there be new products throughout the two days of the sale?

Yes! We only have limited space, so as items start to sell out, we'll bring in other products. So there could be items that we have on Saturday that we didn't on Friday.

Are these products seconds?

Nope! These are retail-quality, finished goods. Meaning they've passed our rigorous testing, and were produced to our highest standards.

What do I need to bring?

Friends!

Can I bring my dog?

While we do allow our furry companions in the office, pets are not allowed at the warehouse sale. Please leave the pups at home.

Can I bring a stroller or a wagon?

Unfortunately space is limited, so we cannot allow strollers or wagons into the sale. We will have carts for your shopping needs, and plenty of staff to help bring your items to your car if needed.
